Access the Setup page by clicking to cogwheel button on your app.
Once on the page, you can activate and manage your inventory in a few clicks.
Configuring Your Placements
Each app is broken down into Scenes, the same way as projects in Unity and Unreal. Select a scene from the list to start configuring placements on that scene.
After selecting a scene, your placements data for that scene loads in a table format.
The placement name, as set up in Unity.
The type of ad: banner, video, or 3D
Category / Sub category
Filters to select more relevant advertisers. When selected, advertisers satisfying these categories will be prioritized to display their ads. If no such advertisers can be found, others will display.
These filters are non-mandatory and can be left blank to open your app to any advertisers and maximize your revenue.
LIVE/OFF: activates/deactivate this placement. If set as OFF, the placement will appear transparent in the actual application. If LIVE, the placement will be filled with an ad.
To see placements in situ, toggle from Data to 3D. This option is especially useful if separate persons of your team handle Unity and the developer platform.
This option is only available if you have previously ticked ‘Export OBJ’ in the plugin before Saving your placements in Unity.
After selecting 3D, the scene loads in the browser.
You can navigate in the scene 3D representation and zoom in to see the placements you have created:
- Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
- Click the left mouse button and use the mouse to orbit the camera around the scene.
- Hold the "Alt" button while clicking the left mouse button to pan the scene instead of rotating it.
- You can also use the keyboard arrows to pan
Clicking on a placement opens a panel on the right side with additional settings for the placement. Same settings can be modified for each placement in the Data mode.
When you are done with the placements configuration for all your scenes, use the app status switch in the bottom left corner of the screen to toggle the app status to SANDBOX to test, or LIVE when the app is published.
